03. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. This is an application under Section-5 of the Limitation Act

for condoning of delay of 14 days in preferring the appeal against the

judgment dated 27.09.2022 delivered in Civil Proceeding No.105 of

2021 by the Judge, Family Court, Rourkela.

3. Issue notice as to why the aforementioned delay shall not be

condoned or any other order/orders as deemed appropriate in the

circumstances of the case shall not be passed.

4. Notice is made returnable on 20.04.2023.

5. Steps for service of notice on the respondent be taken by

21.03.2023 by Registered Post with A.D.
