3. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that the judgment and decree passed in Title Appeal No.34/7 of 1993/95 was passed on 22nd January, 1996 by learned Additional District Judge, Sambalpur. Since no step was taken within a period of twelve years to mutate the land on the basis of the said judgment and decree, no mutation case on the basis of the same is maintainable in view of the Article 136 of the Limitation Act, 1963.
3. Ms. Naidu, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for an adjournment to address the Court on the said issue.
4. Put up this matter on 3rd May, 2023, as prayed for.
