2. Judgment dated 25th April, 2016 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Rourkela in Criminal Proceeding No.57 of 2014 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been dismissed on contest.

3. Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM. Memo is taken on record.

4. In view of the memo filed, the RPFAM stands dismissed as withdrawn.
