  2.           1.      The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Mr. Babu, learned AGA for the Contemners draws attention of this Court towards the documents appended to the show-cause Affidavit filed on 28th February, 2023 and submits that Special Leave Petition has been preferred against the judgment passed by this Court on 16th November, 2021 in LAA No.20 of 2021 and the same is pending consideration. Mr. Babu prays for four weeks time either to obtain appropriate Order from the apex Court or to comply the judgment dated 16th November, 2021.
