                 5.         1.      This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 31st March, 2015 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur in Criminal Proceeding No.131 of 2012 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.3,000/- to the Opposite Party from the date of filing of the application, i.e., 19th May, 2012.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo submits that he has no instruction in the matter. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the same as not pressed.

4. In view of the memo filed, the RPFAM is dismissed as not pressed. Memo so filed be kept on record.
