2. This matter was heard extensively and kept reserved for judgment. While preparing for judgment, this Court felt that the victim should also be given opportunity of hearing having regard to the prayer made in the CRLMC Application.

3. Let an extra copy of the CRLMC Petition be served upon learned State Counsel by tomorrow, who shall cause notice to be served on the victim through the IIC of the concerned Police Station indicating that the matter shall be taken up on 5th July, 2023.
