2. Considering the submissions, it is directed that there shall be stay of realization of fine imposed by the convicting Court as per the impugned judgment.

3. 1. Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has been convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 4 (four) years and to pay a fine amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) in default to undergo R.I. for 6 (six) months for the offence u/s. 409 of IPC and sentence to undergo R.I. for 4 (four) yeas and to pay a fine amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) in default to undergo R.I. for 6 (six) months for the offence u/s. 120-B of IPC and sentenced to undergo R.I. for 4 (four) years and to pay a fine amount of R.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) in default to undergo R.I. for 6(six) months for the offence under section 13(2) of the P.C. Act.

3. It is submitted that the appellant was all through on bail during trial.

4. Consideration the above facts as also the grounds of conviction as reflected in the impugned judgment, I am inclined allow the prayer for bail. Let the appellant be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the convicting court may deem fit and proper to impose.

5. The I.A is disposed of accordingly.

6. Issue urgent certified copy.

7. A free copy of the order be handed over to Mr. S. K. Das, learned Standing Counsel for Vigilance.
