     1.  1.     This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:-

" Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus/Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ/Writs, order/orders, direction/directions by directing the opposite parties more particularly the opposite parties to take immediate steps to disburse the differential arrear salary as well as the current monthly salary in Trained Graduate Scale of Pay from the date of attaining the age of 48 years by the petitioner in his/her favour, within a reasonable time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble court, by taking into account the judgment law pronounced by this Hon'ble Court in case of Radharani Samal Vrs. State of Orissa and others, reported in 2017 (I) ILR-CUT-546".

4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.3 vide Annexure-4 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

5. As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after // 2 //

going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-4, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
