Judgment dated 4th May, 2019 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal in Criminal Proceeding No.105 of 2016 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.2,000/- per month to each of the Opposite Parties from the date of filing of the application, i.e. 23rd August, 2016.
