05. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Mr. K.K. Patel, learned counsel appearing for the appellants

has submitted that the certified copy of the impugned order has been

filed on 28.07.2023. He has also shown the Receipt No.64589/2023.

3. We accept the statement of Mr. Patel, learned counsel and

hold that the defects stands removed.

4. Heard Mr. K.K. Patel, learned counsel appearing for the

appellants.

5. By means of this intra-court appeal the judgment dated

17.08.2022 delivered in WPC (OAC) No. 1048 of 2017 has been

challenged.

6. Having perused the order impugned in this appeal, we are of

the view that this appeal be admitted and heard on merit.

7. As the parties have already appeared, let the matter be listed

on 04.09.2023 along with WA No. 1237 of 2022 for hearing.

8. Registry is directed to place the records of WPC (OAC) No.

1048 of 2014.
