06. 1. The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Appellant, Mr.Das, learned counsel for Respondent No.3 and Mr. Singh, learned counsel for Respondent No.4.

3. Present appeal by the Claimants are directed against judgment dated 18th April, 2019 of 2nd Additional District Judge- cum-4th MACT, Puri, in MAC No.93-288 of 2002-2001, wherein compensation to the tune of Rs.45,000/- has been granted along with interest @6% per annum with effect from the date of filing of the claim application on account of injury sustained by the claimant in the motor vehicular accident on 22nd June, 2000.

4. Upon hearing both parties and considering the nature of injuries, particularly the fracture injuries mentioned in the injury

report as well as the age of the injured, a further consolidated sum of Rs.20,000/- is granted in favour of the injured claimant.

5. In the result, the appeal is disposed of with a direction to Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 to deposit the further consolidated compensation of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each before the Tribunal within a period of two months from today; where-after the same shall be disbursed in favour of the injured-claimant.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
