08. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. It is submitted by Mr. N.K. Mishra, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that in the writ application that was preferred by the Petitioner being O.J.C. No.7854 of 1998 was disposed of by a detailed judgment dated 05.05.2015 thereby quashing the impugned orders under Annexures-5 and 9 with a further direction to reinstate the Petitioner in service with all consequential benefits in conformity with the provisions of law. It is further contended that after disposal of the writ application, the State-Opposite Parties preferred a writ appeal. It is also contended that the writ appeal has also dismissed in the meantime. Mr. Mishra, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner further submitted before this Court that the day before yesterday, the Petitioner has received the order dated 6th July, 2023 passed by the Commandant, 39th Battalion, Central Reserve Police Force, Gannavaram, Vijayawada, Krishna, Andhra Pradesh, which reveals that he has been reinstated in service in the meantime, however, the consequential benefits as has been directed by this Court has not been paid to the Petitioner as of now.

3. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the Contemnors, Contemnors are granted four weeks time to process the consequential financial benefit of the Petitioner along with interest for the delay in payment.

4. List this matter on 18th August, 2023.
