    06.     1.      Revenue has preferred appeal against common order dated

26th December, 2017 covering ITA no.210/CTK/2016, pertaining to

assessment year 2011-2012.

2. Mr. Chimanka, learned advocate, Senior Standing Counsel

appears on behalf of appellant/revenue and Mr. Ray, learned senior

advocate, for respondent/assessee.

3. This day we have dealt with impugned common order by our

judgment in ITA no.55 of 2018 (CIT vs. Orissa Cricket

Association). This appeal stands covered by the judgment. In the

circumstances, the substantial question of law framed in ITA no.55 of 2018 is deemed to have been framed herein and answered

accordingly.

4. The appeal is disposed of.
