Mr.S.K.Behera, learned Counsel on behalf of Mr.C.A.Rao, learned Senior Counsel for the Opposite Party Nos.2 & 3 is present and submits, his senior is no more appearing for WALMI since 1st April, 2023 and a letter to the said effect has already been sent to WALMI Authority by Registered Post with A.D. However, Mr. Rasal Jojo, Deputy Director, WALMI is physically present before this Court and hands up a Memo along with certain documents in terms of Order dated 27.06.2023. The same be kept on record.
