    03.     1.      This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual
            /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary corrections so far as the number of the Rev.pet and Settlement Rev.pet number in the body of the entire petition is concerned in Court today.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the State.

3. This is an application for modification of the order/judgment dated 13.06.2023.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the interim order has been passed by order dated 13.06.2023, but in 2nd and 3rd line of the said order number of the Rev.pet and the number of Settlement Rev.pet has been wrongly mentioned as "Rev.pet No.51 of 2021 & Settlement Rev.pet No.52 of 2021" instead of // 2 //

"Rev.pet No.51 of 2012 & the Settlement Rev.pet No.51 of 2012", which mistake also appears in the entire petition of the petitioner". Hence, modification has been prayed for.

5. Accordingly, it is directed that in 2nd and 3rd line of the order dated 13.06.2023, it be mentioned as "Rev.pet No.51 of 2012 & the Settlement Rev.pet No.51 of 2012" in place of "Rev.pet No.51 of 2021 & Settlement Rev.pet No.52 of 2021", rest part of the order shall remain intact.

6. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
