        2.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment dated 30th March, 2012 passed in Criminal Petition No.164 of 2011, whereby learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda directed the Petitioner to pay maintenance @ Rs.1,000/- each per month to the Opposite Parties from the date of application.

3. Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter.

4. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
