        7.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment dated 17th February, 2012 passed in Criminal Proceeding No.235 of 2011, whereby learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur directed the Petitioner to pay maintenance @ Rs.500/- per month to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.300/- each per month to Opposite Party Nos.2 to 4 from the date of application, i.e., from 16th December, 2003.

3. Mr. Chand, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter.

4. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
