        15.      1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 30th April, 2009 passed in MAT Case No.638 of 2006 is under challenge in this appeal, whereby learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhubaneswar dismissed an application under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

3. Ms. Pradhan, learned counsel for the Appellant submits that she has no instruction in the matter.

4. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
