        18.      1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

3. Judgment dated 26th July, 2012 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Criminal Petition No.177 of 2011 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.10,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of the application, i.e., from 19th February, 2011.

4. Mr. Agrawal, learned counsel being authorized by Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Opposite Party submits that since the marriage between the parties has already been dissolved by a decree of divorce, the RPFAM has become infructuous.

5. Since none appears on behalf of the Petitioner to pursue the matter, this Court accepting the submission of Mr. Agrawal, learned counsel, disposes of the RPFAM as infructuous.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
