02. 1. The explanation given for condonation of delay of 189 days in filing the writ appeal is not convincing. Following the judgments of the Supreme Court of India in Chief Post Master General v. Living Media India Ltd. (2012) 3 SCC 563 and The State of Madhya Pradesh v. Bherulal (2020) 10 SCC 654, the delay is not condoned. Accordingly, the application for condonation of delay is dismissed.
