01. 1. The prayer in the present application is for condonation of 224 days delay in filing the Writ Appeal.
In view of the report of the S.R. that the extended period of limitation as per the suo moto orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India for the COVID period, there would be no delay in filing the Writ Appeal.
2. In view of the above, the application is not pressed by the learned Additional Government Advocate.
3. In view of the above, the I.A. is disposed of as not pressed.

4. Mr. Khuntia, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the impugned judgment herein is // 2 //
based on another judgment dated 09.09.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.19951 of 2020, which is a subject matter of Writ Appeal No.777 of 2021 filed by the State and now fixed for argument on 14.03.2023. He thus prays for listing of the present Writ Appeal on the aforesaid date.
5. List on 14.03.2023.
Contempt Petition filed, if any, shall be kept in abeyance till the next date.
