2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

3. This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment dated 23rd March, 2011 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in Crl. Proceeding No.72 of 2011/C.M.C. No.29 of 2010, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.4,000/- per month i.e. Rs.2,000/- to each of the Applicant therein from the date of application and also to pay Rs.1,000/- to Opposite Party No.2 towards cost of proceeding.

4. Since none appears on behalf of the Petitioner to pursue the matter, the RPFAM stand dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. Interim order dated 29th September, 2011 passed in Misc. Case No.104 of 2011 stands vacated.
