        3.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 19th July, 2011 (Annexure-1) passed in Crl. Proceeding No.101 of 2011 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar directed the Petitioner to pay maintenance @ Rs.5,000/- per month i.e. Rs.3,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.1,000/- per month to each of the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 with effect from the date of application i.e. 9th February, 2010.

3. Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in spite of his best efforts, he could not get instruction in the matter. Hence, he does not want to press the RPFAM.

4. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed as not pressed.
