04. 1. It is now not in dispute that the order under review cannot stand in view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in State of Orissa v. Harapriya Bisoi AIR 2009 SC 2991.

2. Accordingly, the judgment dated 2nd November, 1992 passed in O.J.C. No.2057 of 1992 and 2063 of 1992 is hereby reviewed and recalled.

3. The review petition is allowed.
