11.01.2023 Order No. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode. 01 2. Against rejection of claim of the petitioner in terms of the judgment rendered in the case of Sarat Chandra Parida v. State of Odisha, 2015 (II) ILR CUT 94, vide order dated 23.03.2020 under Annexure-4, which has been passed in pursuance of the order dated 10.01.2020 in W.P.(C) No.442 of 2020, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.
3. Issue notice.
4. Three extra copies of writ petition be served on learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department appearing for opposite party nos.1 to 3 within three days enabling him to obtain instructions or file counter affidavit.
