2. The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the finding of learned Judged, Family Court, Bargarh in Matrimonial Case No.11-169 of 2014-15 in the judgment and order dated 25th September, 2018 (Annexure-2).

3. Mr. Sundaray, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo in Court, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
