terms of a judgment of this Court in W.P.(C) No.25049 of 2013 decided on 25.08.2022. Copy of such judgment also extended to Mr.Panda, learned Additional Government Advocate. Mr. Panda, learned Additional Government Advocate seeks some time to go through the judgment sought to cover the case of the Petitioner and response to the Court accordingly particularly on the proposition of law.
