06. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although he has challenged the order of refusal of release of seized property in his favour during pendency of the trial, but in the meantime, trial has been concluded and judgment has been passed and, thereby, the present CRLMC may be disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court, which has recorded the judgment, for release of such property in his favour and in such event, the concerned Court shall pass order in accordance with law.
3. In view of the aforesaid limited prayer advanced on the behalf of the petitioner, the CRLMC stands disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court which has passed the judgment in this case, in an appropriate application for release of the property in his favour and in such event, the
concerned Court shall dispose of such application for release of property in accordance with law.
4. Hence, the CRLMC stands disposed of with aforesaid observation.
