3. Mr. K.P. Mishra, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the present writ petition is covered by the decision of this Court passed in W.P.(C) Nos.4819 & 4486 of 2018, disposed of on 17.03.2022.

4. Let a copy of the aforesaid two judgments be handed over to Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate by tomorrow (07.01.2023), who shall verify whether the aforesaid two judgments are applicable to the present case or not.
