2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been decided by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Samarendra Nayak and others v. Union of India and others (W.P.(C) No. 26692 of 2011 decided on 18.04.2022) and, therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the observation/directions issued in the said judgment.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties raised no objection to such contention made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the case of Samarendra Nayak (supra), this Writ Petition stands allowed in terms of the observation/directions issued in the said judgment.
