        3.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This matter was not there in today's cause list. On being moved for withdrawal of the RPFAM, the same is taken up by a Special Notice.

3. This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment dated 6th November, 2020 (Annexure-5 series) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Crl. P. No.129 of 2018, whereby the pension of the Petitioner was attached during pendency of the proceeding under Section 126(2) Cr.P.C.

4. Mr. Parija, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the proceeding under Section 126(2) Cr.P.C. has already been disposed of in the meantime, the RPFAM has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands disposed of as infructuous.

6. Interim order dated 23rd November, 2021 passed in I.A. No.195 of 2021 stands vacated.
