Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department contended that similar matter had come up for consideration before the apex Court in Civil Appeal Nos.3036-3064 of 2022, arising out of Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 22987-23015 of 2019 (State of Odisha & Ors. Etc. Etc. Vrs. Sulekh Chandra Pradhan Etc. Etc.,) by which, the judgments and orders dated 18th May, 2017 and 30th January, 2018 of the tribunal passed in a batch of Original Applications are quashed and set aside.
3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the foresaid judgment and orders.
