2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in W.P.(C) No.1049 of 2020, this Court directed to work out the direction issued by the Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.677(C) of 2016. Due to non- compliance of the said direction, the Petitioner was constrained to file CONTC. No.514 of 2021, which was also disposed of at the stage of admission on 8th February, 2021, with an observation that the direction of this Court issued in W.P.(C) No.1049 of 2020 on 17th January, 2020, if not worked out in the meantime, be worked out within a period of fifteen days from the date of service of copy of the said Order. It was further observed that failure in compliance of this Court's direction will be constructed to be deliberate violation of the Court's Order. He further submits that though the same was duly communicated to the Contemnor

(s) by Speed Post on 25th February, 2021, till date the judgment passed in O.A. No.677(C) of 2016 is yet to be worked out.

3. Mr. Rout, learned Standing Counsel appears on behalf of Contemnor (s) and submits that he may be supplied with a copy of the Order dated 2nd March, 2017, passed in O.A. No.677(C) of 2016 and given two weeks time enabling him to know as to what was the direction

given by the Tribunal, so also take instruction and file show-cause reply/Compliance Affidavit.

4. Prayer for time is allowed.

5. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the Order dated 2nd March, 2017, passed in O.A. No.677(C) of 2016 by 27th February, 2023 on Mr. Rout, learned Addl. Standing Counsel.

6. Show cause reply/Compliance Affidavit be filed by 13th March, 2023 after serving copy of the same on the learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

7. Matter be listed on 17th March, 2023.
