        9.       1.       This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 8th March, 2013 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Criminal Petition No.213 of 2012 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.4,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.2,500/- per month to each of the Opposite Party Nos.2 to 4 from the date of filing of the application.

3. Mr. Muduli, learned counsel learned counsel being authorized by Mr. Ragada, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that they have no instruction in the matter.

4. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
