        3.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the parties at the time of call.

3. Judgment dated 16th May, 2014 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Puri in C.R.P. No.40 of 2012 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby dismissing the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. against Petitioner Nos.2 and 3, the Opposite Party has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.1,000/- per month to each of Petitioner No.1 and 4 from the date of the judgment.

4. On perusal of the record, it appears that after issuance of notice in the matter vide order dated 3rd November, 2014, no step has been taken by learned counsel for the Petitioner to get the matter listed.

5. Since none appears for the parties, this Court feels that they have lost interest in pursuing the matter.

6. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
