3. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Judgment dated 28th January, 2014 (Annexure-4) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal in Crl. Misc. Case No.03 of 2009/101 of 2013 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.3,000/- per month to each of the Opposite Parties from the date of filing of the petition. It is also observed that Opposite Party No.2 is entitled to get maintenance till she attains majority.
3. It is submitted by Mr. Behera, learned counsel being authorized by Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner that Opposite Party No.1 has died in the meantime and Opposite Party No.2 has attained the age of majority. Hence, the matter has become infructuous.
4. In view of the above, the RPFAM stands disposed of as infructuous.
