01. 1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. G.P. Dutta, learned counsel for the insurer - Appellant.

3. Defect as pointed out by the S.R. is ignored for the time being.

4. S.R. be completed within ten days.

5. In the meantime Appellant is permitted to move the learned tribunal for correction of the typographical error in the impugned judgment.

6. The statutory deposit made by the Appellant be invested by the Registry in fixed deposit in any nationalized Bank renewable from time to time pending appeal.

7. Issue notice to the Respondents on the question of admission by Registered Post with A.D. for which requisites be filed within fifteen days.

8. List the matter on 21st June, 2023.

9. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
