02. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).
This is an application under section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of fifty two days in filing this appeal against the judgment and order dated 28.07.2022 passed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Salipur in S.T. Case No.288 of 2015 in acquitting the opposite parties nos.2 and 3 of all the charges.
Issue notice to the opposite parties.

Requisites for issuance of notice to the opposite parties nos.2 and 3 by speed post with proof of delivery shall be filed within a week.
An extra copy of the interim application be served on the learned counsel for the State by 22.02.2023.
The matter be listed immediately after service of notice on opposite parties nos.2 and 3.
Objection, if any, to the interim application be filed in the meantime.
