   01.       1.     It appears, a Mutation Application has been made to the

Tahasildar, Rasulpur on the basis of Civil Court judgment and decree

registered as Mutation Case No. 2597 of 2022 and the same is

claimed to be pending for four months.

2. Considering there is sufficient delay, this Court in disposal of

the Writ Petition directs the Tahasildar, Rasulpur-O.P.2 to dispose of

Mutation Case No. 2597 of 2022 at least within a period of two

months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner

but however providing opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner.

3. This Writ Petition stands disposed of.
