04. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

2. There appears, in the last portion at Paragraph-6 of the

judgment of this Court dated 6.1.2023, there is inadvertent mistake

in typing out the date fixed for deposit of cost along with copy of the

order. Considering the fitness in this Application, this Court

allowing the I.A. modifies the date of deposit of such cost along

with copy of the order and fixes it to "2nd March, 2023".

3. I.A. stands disposed of.
