2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

3. Judgment dated 14th July, 2011 (Annexure-3) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Criminal Petition No.337 of 2010 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioners are directed to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.500/- each to the Opposite Party No.2 from the date of the order.

4. Since none appears on behalf of the Petitioners to pursue the matter, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. Interim order dated 23rd February, 2012 passed in Misc. Case No.109 of 2011 stands vacated.
