1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Mr. G. Mukherji, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the
Respondent No.5 has submitted that since this Court has passed the
order staying the operation of the judgment of the learned Single
Judge, the Respondent No.5 has been suffering serious detriment.
3. In view of the above statement, we post this matter on
03.03.2023 for hearing. Liberty will be with the Respondent No.5 to
approach this Court for vacating the interim order, if for any reason,
this appeal cannot be heard.
4. Mr. A. Agarwal, learned counsel has appeared for the
Appellant, on instruction of Mr. Soumya Mishra, learned counsel.
