Learned counsel for parties pray for time to file an affidavit indicating the debt due from the borrower on the date of issuance of notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, on the date of the judgment passed by the learned DRT dismissing the S.A. and the debt that would be due on presentation of the appeal before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Kolkatta, after taking into account the amount of deposits.
