07. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).
Let an extra copy of the appeal memo along with copies of the interim applications and impugned judgment be served on the learned counsel for the State by tomorrow (08.01.2023), which will be sent to the Inspector -in-charge of Soro Police Station in Soro P.S. Case No. 237 of 2018 for its service on the informant and it will be intimated to her that the matter is likely to be taken up on 27th February 2023 and if she so likes, she can engage a counsel to oppose the prayer for bail. A written proof regarding service of notice be obtained from the informant.

Put up this matter on 27th February 2023. Learned counsel for the State shall obtain instruction with regard to the status of the victim in the meantime.
