        10.      1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the parties at the time of call.

3. Judgment dated 20th October, 2012 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Criminal Petition No.39 of 2012 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners, has been rejected.

4. On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that after issuance of notice in the matter, the RPFAM stood adjourned to different dates at the instance of the Petitioners.

5. Since none appears on behalf of both the parties, this Court feels that the parties have lost interest in pursuing the matter.

6. Accordingly, this RPFAM stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
