03. 1. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the learned trial Court is proceeding with the matter on an erroneous interpretation of judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency (P) Ltd. v. CBI, (2018) 16 SCC 299.

2. It is stated at the bar that the said judgment is now referred to the constitution Bench for reconsideration.

3. Taking note of the same, the interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date.
