11. 1. Heard Mr. Siddhartha Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr. Sarada Prasanna Sarangi, learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 and Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite Party.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that this matter is covered by the judgment of this Court dated 22.03.2023 in W.P.(C) No.9304 of 2015 (Singh Rai Majhi v. Presiding Officer, Labour Court and Another). Thereby, the present petition should be disposed of in terms of the said judgment. Mr. S.P. Sarangi, learned counsel for Opposite Party No.2 disputes such position.
3. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the abovementioned judgment in Singh Rai Majhi (supra).
