01. 1. Mr. Mohapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of

applicant/appellant-wife. He submits, his client is aggrieved by

judgment dated 8th August, 2023 made by the family Court dissolving

the marriage but granting only ₹10,00,000/- as permanent alimony.

His client is aggrieved by the quantum. He has preferred the appeal on

delay. There has been application made for condonation. Reported

delay is 18 days.

2. Issue notice on the application and appeal. Accept one set of

process fee for service by registered/speed post with AD. Applicant

will put in requisites.
