01. 1. Mr. Mohapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of
applicant/appellant-wife. He submits, his client is aggrieved by
judgment dated 8th August, 2023 made by the family Court dissolving
the marriage but granting only ₹10,00,000/- as permanent alimony.
His client is aggrieved by the quantum. He has preferred the appeal on
delay. There has been application made for condonation. Reported
delay is 18 days.
