12. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. Learned counsels of both the sides submitted that this RSA was disposed of finally earlier vide judgment dated 02.11.2021 by another Bench.

3. After disposal of the 2nd appeal on 02.11.2021, I.A. Nos.340 of 2023 and 1023 of 2023 have been filed on behalf of the respondents under Order 41, Rule-21 of the C.P.C. for re-hearing of the 2nd appeal. As per law, the re-hearing of the appeal is required to be heard by the Bench, in which, the 2nd appeal was disposed of.

4. Registry is directed to verify the same and list the matter before the appropriate Bench as per law of the Hon'ble Courts for the same.
