2. It is submitted by Mr. B.S. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 that by order dated 17.01.2023 passed by this Court in Misc. Case No. 224 of 2017 the original respondent No.1 was substituted by "Salipur English Medium School". Inadvertently, however, the consolidated cause title not having been filed, the judgment was passed with earlier cause title.

3. I.A. is disposed of.

4. Consolidated cause title has already been filed.

5. The cause title of the judgment be corrected accordingly.
